Aviation Compliance and Safety Manager CAMO/MRO (m/f/d)

to permanently join our team at the company headquarters in Widnau, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

You will perform the following tasks within customer projects:
  • Taking over the function of an auditor, safety, or compliance manager for our customers

  • Ensure that all activities within the scope of regulatory approvals are correctly carried out under the supervision of

    the responsible manager of the respective functional area.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the safety and compliance management system is implemented correctly, maintained,

    continually reviewed, and improved.

  • Performing internal and external audits and inspections

  • Process optimization within the management system

  • Communication with the relevant national and international authorities

  • Monitoring of suppliers

  • Assistance with the creation and revision of manuals

  • Technical analysis and implementation tasks in projects

  • Participation and support for internal and external projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in aeronautical engineering or comparable knowledge and abilities gained through professional training and experience in the aviation business

  • Several years of professional experience with a business aviation or airline operator in the area of airworthiness Organization (CAMO) and MRO (Part-145)

  • Qualification as an aviation auditor

  • Good knowledge of national and international aviation safety regulations, in-depth knowledge of Continuing

    Airworthiness Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Annex I (Part-M), Annex Vc (Part-CAMO), and Annex II (Part-145)

  • Experience in project management, compliance monitoring, and safety management

  • Distinct customer and service orientation

  • Able to work independently, highly motivated, and committed

  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • Mobility and willingness to travel

  • Highly articulate and good oral and written German and English communication skills (Spanish or French language are

    an advantage)
