  • EASA Management System Audit: Conducting the audit according to current EASA regulations. The focus is on management system requirements, including Safety Management (SMS) and Compliance Management (CM).
  • EASA IS GAP-analysis (on-site): A gap analysis of the information security (IS) processes based on applicable EASA regulations aimed at identifying potential deficiencies in information security management.

Post-processing and preparation of audit documentation (back office)

  • Audit evaluation: Analysis of audit findings.
  • Audit report: Prepare a comprehensive audit report that includes identified non-conformities, recommended corrective actions, and a detailed corrective action plan.
