AeroEx and Infotel to accelerate digital transformation in aerospace compliance

AeroEx GmbH, a Swiss-based consultancy and software provider specializing in aviation safety and compliance, has entered a strategic partnership with Infotel, a leading European IT and software engineering group.

As part of the agreement, Infotel acquired a 20% minority stake in AeroEx in January 2026, with the intention of increasing its shareholding over the coming years to support international expansion and continued growth.

As regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry continue to grow in complexity, organizations face increasing pressure to improve efficiency while ensuring full compliance.

This partnership brings together AeroEx’s deep expertise in aviation safety and compliance with Infotel’s extensive capabilities in software engineering and scalable IT systems. Together, the companies aim to deliver next-generation solutions that simplify compliance processes and support digital transformation across the aerospace sector.

Complementary platforms: AMAS.aero and Orlando

Infotel brings more than 45 years of experience in IT and software engineering, supporting over 730 customers with scalable digital solutions.
